We will contact the tenant the same day that the work order is received and ensure that friendly, professional communication is maintained with the real estate agency, strata management and tenant throughout the project/work.

LH Electrical will complete a safety check with all rental properties on request- ideal for ageing, new or recently vacated properties to ensure compliance with all legislation. During the inspection, we test all switches, power points, smoke alarms and lighting points. We also offer a visual inspection of the switchboard, earthing system and all electrical wiring to highlight any potential electrical issues that need to be fixed.
